When it comes to finding a reputable real estate agent, Stephenie Walbeck, a fourth-generation Sacramento native who is creative, conceptual, determined, honest, and social, leaves little to be desired.
Born and raised in East Sacramento, Stephenie always loved homes and design, earning a bachelor’s degree in interior design with a minor in art from California State University, Sacramento. She worked as a transaction coordinator and marketing assistant at a large real estate firm before earning her real estate license and gaining experience with a top-producing team. Backed by her lifelong knowledge of the Sacramento region, Stephenie does whatever it takes to find her clients the perfect house or buyer. That is not only reinforced by her command of market trends and property analysis but also her commitment to keeping abreast of the most relevant marketing and technological tools.
Stephenie moved to Fair Oaks, California, in 2000 and currently lives there with her husband, Matt, and their three children. Matt’s former career as a Major League Baseball catcher, manager, and coach moved Stephenie and her family all over the country for many years, which only reinforced her belief that Sacramento — with its proximity to beaches as well as mountains — would always be their home base.
Stephenie enjoys home decor, gardening, cooking, baseball, shopping, entertaining, and being with family and friends. She also volunteers at her children’s schools and runs several fundraisers throughout the year.
